Hotel management needs the flexibility to update their systems to reflect those changes dynamically. However, changing the information displayed on guest-room TVs has traditionally been a cumbersome process, typically involving the system provider.

NXTManage puts control of the television user interface in the hands of the hotel. With NXTManage, hotels can update their service offerings easily and quickly, enabling changes to be made either locally at the property or centrally by corporate, previewed on a television, and then published to the entire property or only a subset of rooms. Role-based security ensures that changes cannot be published without proper approvals/authorization.

With NXTManage, you can do any of the following (and more) - on a per-room, per-floor, or per-property basis:

• Change UI color schemes
• Add, delete or modify any of the items in the 'Hotel Services' section of the UI. For example:
  
  • Modify restaurant menu's
  • Promote an upcoming conference, concert or event
  • Change the layout of a page
  • Change the order of an on-screen menu
• Upload music (MP3, M4A, WMA) and associate with particular menu items - the music playlist plays when the user enters the menu.
• Enrich your offering with photo's - use photo slideshows to highlight ambiance of a restaurant or other offerings at the property.
• Change the template used - give your pages a completely different look in minutes.

NXTManage is architected to enable use from either a corporate office or a local property. Users access NXTManage through a standard web browser, logging in to a system hosted at NXTV's 24/7 NOC. If the user elects to publish their updates to the property, at that point their modifications are replicated from the NXTV corporate system to the local server's hosted at the property.

The NXTManage user interface is built for simplicity - collapsible options in the left navigation pane help to guide the user through changes.
