Ms. Kellie Kao has over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry and joined NxTV in 1997 as Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for directing the financial affairs of the corporation including: preparing financial reports based on company operations and financial analysis of operations for guidance of management; preparation of budgets; management of working capital and financial forecasting including capital budget, cash budget, pro forma financial statements and external financing requirements.
Prior to joining NxTV, Kellie worked for 8 years at IBM Corporation and held various management positions in the marketing and sales division. Ms. Kao has extensive experience in financial and general management.
Kellie received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and is a graduate of the Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
